Young Professionals Leadership Program
You can join the Young Professionals Leadership Program - if you are under 35 or have colleagues who are, click here.  This is a great way to get several members of your organization involved so that they can enjoy the benefits of CFMA. The goal of the Young Professional Leadership Program is to tailor topics to the young professional's learning and development needs and to create a community in which they can grow throughout their careers. YPLPs do job site walks, lunch and learns, and social events.  YPLPs receive half off national membership and have no local dues and get 50% off registration for the national convention.

 

Membership Categories

CFMA is an individual membership organization. Company memberships are currently not available.

The CFMA Membership year runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year. Dues are prorated and based upon annual rates in effect at the time of application. Chapter dues, if applicable, are also prorated as described above, and are in addition to any national dues assessed. Dues are to be remitted with your initial application. CFMA does not invoice for initial membership dues. Contact CFMA with any questions on dues.

There are 2 primary CFMA membership categories which are listed below. Follow this link to view the full listing.

 

General
CFMA General Members represent all types of contractors, including generals and subcontractors as well as developers, construction managers, architects, engineers, principals, and material and equipment suppliers. General Member Dues for the current membership year are $340, plus any local chapter dues where applicable. 

 

Associate
CFMA Associate Members are those serving the construction industry, such as public accountants, sureties, bankers, insurance agents/brokers and carrier’s consultants, and other service providers. Associate Member Dues for the current membership year are $440, plus any local chapter dues where applicable.
